monotone-extras software package provides Distributed version (revision) control system - extras, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install monotone-extras
monotone-extras is installed in your system.
Make ensure the monotone-extras package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep monotone-extras *
You will get with monotone-extras package name, version, architecture and description in a table
